概要	The purpose of this study is to propose a university teacher Faculty Development program model to improve professional training at a private music college in Japan. First, we analyze the issues of present music teachers’ Faculty Development (FD) which are provided today by the administrators of the music college using open lessons. Then, we develop “Open Lesson Analysis Sheet” which would be the center of a new FD program model. By using “Open Lesson Analysis Sheet”, teachers are helped analyzed the teaching of a lecturer, find teaching implications, and apply some to their own lessons.
